I, Noelle Shaw, have been investigating the murder of my son, Dominic Kampf, and the Michigan State Police (MSP) investigation that ruled his death a suicide since April 25, 2023. I have worked tirelessly to uncover the truth about the MSP investigation, and while doing so, I uncovered systemic corruption within the MSP so inconceivable and shocking that, were it not for the evidence I have gathered, I myself would not believe it.

I have been hit with walls of defeat, one after another. There is nowhere to go for help in the MSP; the command structure within the entire organization is compromised. It is truly a failed institution.​ This situation has developed into much more than a failed death investigation by a rookie and a murder cover-up by the local Mount Pleasant MSP post. Many of the 14 officers now visible in this case are brass, and some represent the highest echelons of the organization. This has turned it into a whistleblower case, and the MSP currently has me backed into a corner. Going public is my only way out.
